We do business between 8AM and 5PM EST Monday through Friday. We will start working on your project within the hour it is placed if received during normal business hours, at which time we will contact you. From beginning to end we estimate 72 hours or less.

How does the design process work?

We will contact you within the hour of receiving your order. The email will include several questions to help us understand your vision. We will also ask for any pictures, logos, color scheme, etc that you will require in your custom Twitter background.
As soon as we have all the required information, we start work on your first draft. We will work closely with you in order to create your unique Twitter look and feel.
Once we have final approval we will email the final version including a recommended color profile and instructions on how to install on your Twitter profile.

How secure is your ordering process?

All payments are processed using the number one and most secure online payment processor, PayPal. Don’t have a PayPal account? Not to worry, PayPal also allows you to pay with a credit or debit card without having to create an account.

How many revisions am I allowed?

At TwitrBacks we are not satisfied until you are, that is why we offer unlimited revisions on all our designs.

What dimension are the backgrounds designed for?

All backgrounds are designed for a minimum monitor resolution of 1280×800. When viewed on smaller resolution monitors some of the content on the sides may not be visible.

What do you mean by “satisfaction guaranteed”?

We guarantee to create the design you want and nothing less of that is acceptable. If after 3 revisions you are still not satisfied with your design we will refund your payment in full. We pride ourselves in creating high-quality designs that meet our customers demands and nothing else.

What if I have more than one design?

Their are clients that wish to have multiple backgrounds designed, if this is you we do offer bulk order pricing. Request more info using our contact form.

How do I install my background on Twitter.com?

Easy as Sunday morning.

On the new Twitter layout do the following:

Login to your Twitter account
Click on your account name in the top right then select “Settings”
In the sub menu select “Design”
At the bottom of the design page click on “Change background image”
Click the “Browse” button and locate your background
Finally click the “Save Changes” button

On the old Twitter layout do the following:

Login to your Twitter account
Click on the “Settings” link in the upper right hand menu.
In the sub menu select “Design”
At the bottom of the design page click on “Change background image”
Click the “Browse” button and locate your background
Finally click the “Save Changes” button
